Third year of Harvest
Three years in,and still coming back.
Taurai Jack. Runs 300+ student accommodation units across South Africa. Founder, TJ Tribe.
Some weeks, Harvest was the last thing on his mind. There were family emergencies and seasons when he needed to be somewhere else.
This is where most systems lose people. You miss a week, then three, and opening it again means seeing how far behind you are.
Harvest is built around the week you come back. When Taurai was ready, he picked up where he left off, without making up the weeks he missed. He uses it to decide what fits his plan and what is a distraction.
"I can safely say I feel as if I'm not falling behind. I can still catch up."How Taurai gets back on track with his goals
