Harvest OS is an online executive coaching company. Most people already know what they want to change. The problem is that the urgent fills every week, and what matters gets pushed to later. Harvest gives that change a fixed place in the week, one live hour, for a year.
Harael Salkow started Harvest because most CEOs he met didn't have a knowledge problem. They had an execution problem. He wanted a weekly system that turns strategy into action and holds when the week gets hard.
Harvest began with small test cohorts from founder Harael Salkow's own network. For the first year and a half, the system ran on worksheets and spreadsheets while we learned what actually kept people going.
We then moved it onto the Harvest Compass, our own platform.
Harvest was founded in 2023.

Harael is the founder and CEO of Harvest OS. Most CEOs he met didn't have a knowledge problem. They had an execution problem. He built Harvest as a weekly system that turns strategy into action and holds when the week gets hard.
Head of Programme & Head Coach
Yoni spent years starting tech businesses and creating products. He was good at it. He just never loved it. In 2023 he joined Harvest as a member, looking for clarity. What he found was where his real strength had been all along: not in products, but in people. Today he leads the programme, works with members directly, and designs the processes that move them forward. He found his path through the system. Now he helps others find theirs.
Coach and Sales
Justin is a chartered accountant with over 15 years in business growth, operations and people. At Harvest he built how members are supported from their first week to renewal, and now coaches and leads sales.
COO
Gavriel has spent more than six years building systems that help teams execute, turning complexity into clear priorities and repeatable processes. As COO he owns strategy execution, operations and team performance.
Operations and Programme Coordinator
Nissim coordinates Harvest's programmes and operations. He brings hands-on experience leading programmes, coordinating people and creating spaces where everyone feels valued.
Marketing
Daphna leads marketing at Harvest. She loves the pace, and a culture that's open, honest and built on growth. What drew her in was the idea behind it: a programme built to make change last.
