Group coaching programme questions: cost, time and how it works

Group coaching programme cost, time and how it works: answers to the questions people ask before they start.

    How it works

    What is Harvest OS?

A coaching system. You meet live with a small group and a Harvest coach for one hour a week, for 52 weeks. You get clear on what you want, and each week you pick the one action that gets you closer.

Do you compete with EOS, Scaling Up or Bloom Growth?

No. We're additive. Those systems run the company. We run the person. EOS, Scaling Up and Bloom Growth help a company run its business: the team's meetings, scorecards and rhythm. Harvest helps the people inside it run themselves. A company can run EOS and put its leaders on Harvest, and both get stronger.

How do my goals fit together?

Every goal connects to the one above it: your Ideal State, a 3-Year Vision, a goal for your Harvest year, a 90-day goal, then this week's Move.

    What is the Harvest Compass?

The Compass is where your goals, weekly Moves and progress live. It's web-based, with no app to install and no notifications, and it works on any device, anywhere in the world. Harvey, our AI, is built in. Alongside it, the Hub is your cohort's home between workshops, with catch-up sessions, updates and resources.

    Joining Harvest

    Who is it for?

Leaders, founders and professionals who are doing well on paper but know something has to change. It works best for people who already have ambition and some control over their own time.

    Can my leadership team join?

Yes. Many business owners bring their leadership team, so everyone runs the same system.

    For teams

I'm a coach. Can I run Harvest with my clients?

    Yes. See For coaches.

    For coaches

    Where are you based?

Harvest runs online. All sessions are live on Zoom, so members join from anywhere in the world.

    Time

Why does Harvest run for 52 weeks?

Changing what you do every week takes repetition. In a well-known study, a new daily habit took 66 days on average to become automatic, and much longer for some people (Lally et al., 2010). Across 94 studies, planning exactly when and where to act had a medium-to-large effect on reaching goals (Gollwitzer and Sheeran, 2006), which is why every Move is booked in advance. Across 138 studies, tracking progress helped people reach their goals, more so when it was shared (Harkin et al., 2016), which is what your cohort does every week.

How much time does it take?

One hour a week. That's the commitment: a 60-minute live workshop inside your working day. Your weekly Move is work you'd already be doing, just with more clarity and leverage.

What if I miss a week?

Falling behind is expected. Catch up on the Hub, and getting back on track takes one Move. If you start missing sessions, your coach gets in touch to help you back in. There's tech support in every session, and a member success team behind every coach.

    Cost

    What does it cost?

From $220 a month when you pay for the year upfront ($2,640), or $280 a month paid monthly. Similar executive coaching programmes cost $9,800 to $13,500 a year. Bringing a team? Ask us about team pricing.

    Can I have one-on-one sessions?

Yes, one-on-one sessions are possible. Email info@harvestos.io and we'll send you pricing.
