    Why clients driftbetween coaching sessions.

The session goes well. Your client leaves clear on what matters and what they'll do next. Then Monday arrives.

By the next session, half of it hasn't happened. You spend the start of the session working out why.

    It isn't a commitment problem

Most clients mean what they say in the room. The drift happens because the week has no space for it. Urgent work fills every gap, and the action from the session competes with everything else.

More energy in the session doesn't fix that. The gap is in the days between.

What keeps clients moving between sessions

    1. 1

A weekly rhythm. One fixed point each week where the client decides on one concrete step and checks whether last week's happened. Weekly, because a month is long enough to lose the thread.

    2. 2

Other people expecting them. Clients show up for a group that notices when they're missing in a way they don't for a plan only they can see.

    3. 3

A way back in. When a client misses a week, they need a simple path back that doesn't start with explaining what went wrong. More on that in how to get back on track with your goals.

Why this is hard to do alone

As a 1:1 coach you can only be in so many weeks at once. Adding a weekly check-in for every client adds hours you don't have, and the work between sessions is the part nobody pays for.

Running a group alongside your 1:1 work

Harvest is a ready-made group coaching programme for coaches to run with their own clients. Your clients meet live once a week for 52 weeks in a small group, with you as their coach. Harvest provides the framework, platform, admin and payments. You coach.
